TSP also takes care of all property management fundamentals including reactive and planned maintenance throughout, daily out of hours secure collection and shredding and out of hours cleaning

To deliver the level of service we required, TSP recruited staff from the hotel industry to work within the building, they came up with a detailed service charge budget with no surprises and their concept for the food and beverage offering was meticulous.
