Our Chartered Surveyors manage all site acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, breaks and rent reviews on Addaction’s behalf
All reactive maintenance issues across the portfolio are managed by TSP's helpdesk
All maintenance issues are logged on an in-house ticketing system and tracked until completion, giving our clients complete oversight over the entire process
TSP carries out our lease management and our professional property matters on our behalf, and we are really pleased with the service they have provided. As well as a lot of third sector experience, TSP provide us the right level of commitment and they really take the time to get to know and understand us. They understand all the issues we face and have the know-how to deal with them. What’s more, when we do require a property, often we have less than three months to locate a property, negotiate a lease and move in. It’s a big ask but TSP have always delivered on time.
